Aalraupe

Die Aalraupe heisst eigentlich Quappe (lota lota) und ist ein Knochenfisch.
In Süddeutschland heisst er Trüsche, Ruppe, Aalruppe, Aalquappe oder Aalraupe, in Norddeutschland Quappaal, in der Schweiz Trische oder Treische, in Österreich Rutte. Er kann bis zu 1,5 m und ca. 30 kg schwer werden, normal bringt er es aber nur auf max. 40 cm.
